I Don't understand.

 As a true fan of the sport I don't understand. Veterans Memorial Stadium needs to bigger. At the risk of sounding like Netflix Wednesday's version of Uncle Fester. Throughout my lifetime I have played the sport, and attended games. I have seen almost every level middle school,  high school, and college. Nowadays more and more fanbases student section is not there for the game. 

Veterans Memorial Stadium student section is in middle visitors side. A student section so large next to the band. Veterans Memorial Stadium doesn't have much room for  visitors. Troy University homecoming weekend no one was cheering for the defense until third. Not one players name chanted like they knew he came to play. 

In 2003 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors played Appalachian state at Aloha stadium not a student in sight it seemed. 50,000 seats, yet I have seen better turnout at a HBCU regular season. Before Vick at Norfolk, Jackson at Delaware State, or Prime at Jackson.

September 30th 2023, Davis Wade Stadium 61,000 seats don't know how many cowbells. The Crimson Tide rolled on the Bulldogs During Nick Saban's final season. Dak Prescott's Alma mater swinging cowbells and the fans know why they swing. Though the story is rooted in a lose one might say they're in past causing their own jinx. While screaming Hail State fans describe Ole Miss as the evil empire. The fans were out in support of both teams. 

September 28th 2024, Nick Saban field at Bryant Denny stadium. The Crimson Tide rolled the Georgia Bulldogs in Kalen Doboer's SEC Debut season. 100,000 plus seats room for visitors, fans, and bands. Sitting on the visitors side is cheaper and priceless if you are a true fan of the sport.  Jalen Walker's reaction after Jam Miller stops him in his tracks knocking his helmet off. August 30th 2025, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium The Florida Gators abuse the Long Island University Sharks for being in the swamp. Students and fans chanting less go DJ in the first quarter. Billy Napier in firm control on a day Florida quarterbacks threw a touchdown every five or six passes. A 55 point performance Florida's season opener looked like good. USF would knock them out of the Top 25 a week after doing the same to Boise state.

November 31st 2025, Veterans Memorial Stadium Arkansas state's Red Wolves harassed the Troy Trojans for thinking they could have a homecoming. The Red Wolves took a 14 point lead early in the first quarter. Missed blocking assignments and turnovers was the story of the first half. Fraternity and sorority students were not worried about the game. They were there for results of the parade float competition and which members made the homecoming court. It was like they didn't have any football players or cheerleaders in their ranks. 

The student section lost most of its volume before the third quarter. I don't understand this was the first time I've seen a student with such a low morale. The home side wasn't any louder and the fanbase wasn't excited unless they were on the jumbotron. I don't understand how a institution which has multiple cultures and so little school spirit.

   Future might not think Da Real EKG is so sensational or an intruder claiming to be the Freeband or insinuating Future has to borrow money. During a studio session, the question was asked why Da Real EKG felt he was bigger than Future. On that day the Da Real EKG didn't have an answer. Today he would say that person was at his studio smoking his weed, not Future's. Da Real EKG feels moments like this are why the game is in a mess.

Da Real EKG and Goonzilla represent the Circle City well and what a fitting name. Goonzilla doesn't flinch showing his authentic Holla At Ya Boy dope boy swag repping the Bottom. The Bottom better known as the Baptist Bottom is on the West side of Dothan. The biggest raid with the most arrest happened in the Bottom 27 arrest on the corner of Powell and Blackshear Street in 2007.

      Da Real EKG and Goonzilla were roommates in the late Brother Bigham's halfway house in 2009. Mandatory bible study at the halfway house didn't change much about these Dothan rappers. Da Real EKG endured random room searches for cocaine behind dinner plates from home. Goonzilla can give an accurate recount of how probation and parole officers would toss Da Real EKG's belongings. Later that year Goonzilla earned a federal sentence for his July 4th antics letting off shots to celebrate the holiday. Dothan police department responded over four different times attempting to catch Goonzilla in the act. The fifth time the Dothan police department arrived perfect to catch Goonzilla in the act. Somehow Goonzilla escaped the Dothan police department but later turned himself in as he was still a resident of Brother Bigham's halfway house. Thinking about it this might be a trend for Da'Real EKG as T-Blak was his codefendant in the original Case that had in the halfway house. PS T-Blak also was a member of the same house yet probation violations sent him to prison the same year.

      Da Real EKG thanks God for the grace bestowed upon him as he didn't have to spend the entire 6 months in the halfway house. Upon his release, Da Real EKG went to work pursuing a Rap career and gained attention on Myspace music forums. Da Real EKG found himself competing for a seat on the Tour bus for the Hype City Tour. The Hype City Tour was organized by Director Kevin Townley featuring artists such as The East Side Boyz of Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz. Unfortunately, Da Real EKG wasn't offered a seat on the tour bus until several acts missed multiple appearances. Run Up Da Bag is Da Real EKG's way of connecting the Hip Hop artist community of Dothan. Da Real EKG believes the wiregrass area needs to know the artists of the wiregrass.
